That's right, UBC had a grand total of 4 graduate courses in harmonic analysis from 2000 to 2008. The situation improved for a few years starting in 2008, but unfortunately it has been deteriorating again in recent years.

Basic analysis courses:

• 420/507, Measure Theory and Integration. Measure theory for both Lebesgue and more general measures, integration, convergence theorems. Recommended for pretty much all analysis students.
• 421/510, Functional Analysis. This course has a troubled history. Up to around 2004, it started with several weeks of point-set topology. That's 1/3 to 1/2 of the semester spent on material that topologists would not include in their graduate courses because it would be a waste of their time. There wasn't much time left for actual functional analysis after that. I started revising the syllabus in 2004-05. The course reverted to its old ways in 2005-06, but then improved again as it was taught by analysis faculty in the following years. The irrelevant material was removed from the syllabus and replaced by actual analysis content. Eventually (somewhere around 2010), the official UBC course description was updated accordingly.
• 440/508, Complex Analysis. This assumes basic complex analysis (Math 300) as background and covers more advanced topics.
• 544, Probability I. I'm adding it here because a number of analysis students have reported that they found it useful.
