I'm an associate professor in the mathematics department at The University of British Columbia. I have a broad interest in classical harmonic analysis and combinatorics. I'm especially interested in incidence geometry, the restriction and Kakeya problems, and sum-product phenomena.

I am a member of the discrete mathematics and harmonic analysis groups at UBC, and I help organize the discrete math seminar and the harmonic analysis seminar. If you would like to speak at either of these seminars, please contact me.

I am the third and fourth year advisor for mathematics honours students. More information about the mathematics honours program can be found here
