If you find an error

This is still a work in progress and the reader will find a few incomplete examples and subsections. It contains, and we apologise in advance, a number of minor errors (and hopefully no major ones). If you do find an error please send an email to s.demirbas@math.ubc.ca or andrewr@math.ubc.ca or post an issue on the repository and we’ll do our best to patch it ASAP.
