Accommodations
There are two different ways to book on-campus accommodation for the SMB meeting.
- Use the UBC Conference and Accommodation secure online booking system.
- Call the UBC Conference and Accommodation Reservations Office at 1-604-822-1000 or Toll-Free at 1-888-822-1030 to book directly with an agent. Alternatively, you can email the Reservations Office at reservations@housing.ubc.ca. Please inform the Reservation agents that you are attending the SMB Annual Meeting to ensure that you receive the group rate.
We have a block booking of rooms that will be released after June 26th -- we advise you to reserve your room before this date.
Other accomodation options on campus (not guaranteed) include Triumf House, St John's College, Green College and Vancouver School of Theology. Reservations should be made according to the instructions on their respective web pages, and you are advised to book early.
If you find that the accommodations on campus fill up, there are numerous options off campus, but the meeting takes place during tourist season so, again, be sure to make plans early.
